Looking for an activity to alleviate ‘burn out’ in your team?
Yoga classes for corporate retreats and team building days can be a great way to reduce stress and increase mobility, as well as bring in some mindful movement to break up long conferencing days. Getting your employees and colleagues out of the head and back into the body!
No prior experience necessary, classes are accessible with variations provided, catering both to those newer to yoga or the seasoned practitioner.

Yoga and Meditation are supportive tools for young people navigating social situations. Helping to increase self-awareness as well as improve focus and concentration in the classroom.
I have enjoyed teaching in local secondary education facilities on incursion days to help students prepare for exams and find useful tools for managing stress.
