The experience of yoga is both the path and the destination to the present moment. We create an encouraging space to explore and experience the stilling of the mind through the breath and mindful, dynamic movement.
Rest & Renew Day Retreat: Yoga & Sound
A full day of restorative, hatha, and yin yoga woven together with sound and mantra. Practice with like-minded community in a supportive space, leaving you feeling refreshed and experiencing a rested nervous system. Hosted in collaboration with Sue Goodge from Feather & Flow.
Corporate Wellness and Group Retreats
Looking for an activity to alleviate ‘burn out’ in your team? Yoga classes for corporate retreats and team-building days can be a great way to reduce stress and increase mobility. Getting your employees out of the head and into the body.

Group and Corporate classes start from $195. The larger your group, we add a little discount so that it’s a little cheaper for you as numbers increase. the more people who book. Please send me an email below for current rates.
Weekly classes and Retreats —
We aim to make our weekly classes as accessible as possible. Please be in touch if you would like to attend one of our classes or retreats and we may be able to offer a supported place or sliding scale.

No, not at all. Yoga is for everyone. You can ‘do’ yoga from a chair if you need to. We offer variations to support you to feel comfortable in the postures and seated practices.
Yoga is about stilling the mind. And whilst yoga can increase mobility in flexibility, these are not prerequisite for you to enjoy the benefits of the practice.

100% yes! Yoga and sound are a beautiful way to connect more deeply with your Self and your Voice.
No prior familiarity with singing is required. We use song, sound making and mantra as a way to enjoy ourselves, be in community, and sink into mediation.
On the days you are feeling quiet. You are always welcome to simply sit, listen and receive.
